How do I return an item?

We carry thousands of items at very good prices. You also receive free samples as part of projects. Of course, we also accept all items back within 14 days as long as they have not been individually printed or embroidered.

We will then credit the money within 14 days and transfer it back in the same way it was paid. If purchasing on account, please provide your bank details.

We just ask that you pack the items neatly. Unfortunately, we cannot currently cover the return shipping costs. Maybe that’s a good thing from an environmental point of view, as it encourages us all to think for ourselves. Does the item really fit me?

Returns – step by step

Pack the item and place the delivery note in the package. If this is no longer available, please use the order confirmation that was sent online.

Place shipment

You can hand in the package at DHL, DPD and Hermes parcel shops and packing stations. You can find the shops here:

Refunds

Once we have received the return, we will credit the amount within 14 days. If purchasing on account, please provide bank details.
