What printing process is used to print the individual design on the MTB jerseys and cycling jerseys?
This happens in sublimation. The color is introduced into the fibers using heat. The fibers open and close when they cool. The color molecules are enclosed in the fibers. This allows the functionality of the polyester fabrics to be retained. You can't feel the pressure and it can't tear either. The design has become part of the functional fabric.
